This year's chicken is Kanederri🇮🇹

Domestic bone-in thigh meat is cooked at a low temperature with Italian regional cuisine [canedelli]. The meat is moist and the outside is crispy and fragrant.

Canederli is a dish from the Tyrol region of northern Italy. These dumplings are made by mixing vegetables with bread. Canedelli with spinach and grana padano cheese is sandwiched between chicken skin and meat and grilled.

The taste is gentle and can be enjoyed by both adults and children with peace of mind.

Served with roasted chicken and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and celery.
